Northwest Kiwanis is a major contributor to a new playground at Burbank School in Upper Arlington.  This playground will replace the oldest school play yard in the district, and it will be handicap accessible.  Volunteers are needed to assist in the construction of the equipment to be installed.  To see this flyer for detailed information

Northwest Kiwanis welcomes three new members.  Cathy and Christy Hardesty were inducted on May 21.   Anna Sprout was approved for membership on June 4, and she will be inducted soon.

On Saturday March 23rd @ 9AM Northwest Kiwanis Club and the Upper Arlington Key Club will gather at NW Kiwanis Park to work with the Upper Arlington Parks and Recreation Department to control invasive bush honeysuckle.  NW Kiwanis Park is on Stonehaven Drive, south of Henderson.   Here is the Google maps link:http://goo.gl/maps/NvSUZ Volunteers should

Craig Smith will be presenting on the Eliminate Project at Hilliard Kiwanis on January 10 (a Thursday) at 6:30PM.  He will also be presenting to the Greater Dublin club at Noon on February 19 at Mary Kelly’s Restaurant.  These are opportunities to interclub–three more members need to attend.
