The Kiwanis Club of Northwest Columbus is the proud operator of the Hilliard Deputy Registrar (License Agency), providing driver’s license services, vehicle registrations, BCI/FBI fingerprint checks, and other Bureau of Motor Vehicles services. Revenues from this operation allow us to fund many programs in our community.

The Kiwanis License Agency located at 4740 Cemetery Rd., Hilliard, OH (located next door to the BMV driver’s license testing facility which is open Tue. – Sat.) is a source of great pride for the club.  The license agency allows for many of the programs we sponsor to become a reality.  In addition, the license agency has won a number of awards for customer service.  Our phone number is 614.529.1203 if you have questions.  Please visit us for your next licensing need!
